Hey there! I am Gary Hintz owner of Bucks and Bulls Archery and Thirsty Arrow Bar and Grill. I have been in archery 50 years now killed my first deer with a recurve bow 48 years ago. I am sitting in a tree stand in central Illinois while I type this.

I hunted across the country including Alaska and Canada taking many big game animals along with some small game. I have a big passion for archery hunting and competitive archery. I won some state titles including target, broadhead, and 3D.  I also won a national title in target archery.

My youth archery team is the biggest and one of the strongest teams in Wisconsin.  We also shot a national youth tournament with 4 age groups taking 2 first a 2nd and a 3rd . through out the years we had many national champions I actually lost count with many setting records . That pretty much sums it up . Work hard, hunt, shoot archery, and most of all be a good person, Thanks for your time!
